What? Teams of two racers will race to reach up to 10 checkpoints per day, two days in a row. The team with the most checkpoints wins. Race starts at noon on Saturday with a cutoff of midnight. Race resumes at 6AM Sunday with all new checkpoints, final cutoff will be 6PM.

FAQ:

Q: Is it OK to bring Fido?
A: It's OK to bring dogs but they MUST stay on leash at all times.

Q: Do I have to be a PMBAR finisher to compete in the '10DD?
A: No.

Q: Why are you charging a fee? I thought the Double Dare was a free event...
A: We are now required to have permits for all Pisgah Productions events. With permits come all sorts of other fees. Permits, Insurance, Campground Fees, etc. add up quick.

Q: Why aren't you charging $200?!?!?
A: It's not about the money, maaaan. It's about the love....

Q: Sunday will be Halloween. Will there be some sort of 'costume thing' going on?
A: Absolutely. We have not figured out all the details but if you race in costume, there will be bonuses. Plus, we will have a costume contest for the Gatherers on Saturday night.
