The Bootlegger 100 is one of the most challenging and scenic gravel events of the year! There are two route choices (58 and 107 miles) that both start and finish in downtown Lenoir, NC and travel through the beautiful and rugged Wilson Creek Gorge.

Pisgah Mountain Bike Adventure Race – PMBAR

The Pisgah Mountain Bike Adventure Race (PMBAR) is the absolute pinnacle of MTB Adventure racing. A mix of brutal and beautiful, this test of spirit and camaraderie tasks teams of two racers to reach 4 of 5 checkpoints, in any order, and return to the start/finish as fast as possible. The team with the lowest overall time wins. Checkpoint locations remain secret until start-time and there is no suggested route. Routes vary between 50-80 miles, include 9,000-15,000 feet of climbing, and take 7-14 hours to complete.

Gateway Express Youth MTB Race! Cross country youth event at the Gateway trails in Old Fort, NC. 6th and 7th grade = One 4.3 mile / 446' climbing lap. 8th, 9th grade and JV = One 6 mile / 689' climbing lap. Varsity = TWO 6 mile / 689' climbing laps.

Old Fort Fifty

The Old Fort Fifty will be held on the rugged, legendary trails that have made the area famous in the mountain bike world while also incorporating some newer trails recently built by the G5 Trail Collective.  While the 30 mile distance is on the shorter side for an endurance race, don't fool yourself into thinking this is going to be a walk in the park. The Old Fort Fifty will be open to cyclists AND runners!

Pisgah 555 MTB / Running Race

The Pisgah 555 will test the strength and endurance of racers by challenging them to complete a 39.7 mile course with 7325' of climbing and is nearly 100% Pisgah single-track. The course traverses some of the great Pisgah classics: Black Mountain, Turkey Pen Gap, Laurel Mountain, and Pilot Rock. The Pisgah 55.5 is also open to Runners!
